Starting a new business in not an easy task. You can not do it as an experiment. It requires proper planning, proper strategies, bone breaking hard work and many more. And specially if you are starting a new venture by resigning to a job that you had earlier,it becomes more tougher. Everyone in the society sees you as a culprit. No one understands you, your view.In the mindset of everyone you have been a failure. And you have to support yourself to get rid of all these things to mark a point. You can not afford to loose this game.Because its not an ordinary one,its something different, its something unique. If you failed the society will keep on doubting the future entrepreneurs. So, its the time of evaluation. These questions will help you out to think properly.
1. What problem
are you going to solve??
2. How you solve
the problem??
3. Is there any
other company/institution which is doing the same? How you are different?
4. What is the
size of the customer for the product/services you are going for?
In other words,
how big the potential market is?
5. Up to what
extent your counterpart companies cover the market?
6. What is the
initial investment required and how you are going to manage?
7. What is your
ultimate goal of starting the venture you are thinking to start?
8. What is the
cost that you can pay for realising your dream?
9. What will
happen if you don’t start your business?
10. Is there
really a need of the product/service that you are going to provide?
(In fact, this is
the first question that you should ask to yourself. Never go with the
product/service what you have, always go with that product/service which is the
demand and the requirement of the people. )
