He is the founder and head of the giant e-commerce company Alibaba and stake holder of Ali pay his sisters company, which is an e- payment portal. Although Alibaba is not so famous worldwide but it has more turn over than the facebook and processes more no of goods than e bay and amazon both combined .

As soon as we came across the fact that we are going to read about the richest man of the China, most of us make the mind like "HIS PARENTS MUST HAVE BEEN VERY RICH, THAT SO WHY HE IS HERE ." But this is not the story of Jack ma. Its a real rag to rich story. Infact its not a story . Its a journey how an average ordinary boy who has not been given even basic needs ,stands  on his decision and reaches to the level where no one even dare to think to be. Its an inspiration how an average boy determines anything he goes on changing his life, revolutionising the world, making a mark and ultimately making somethings reality which was considered next to impossible by the people.
Yes,  ,its not the story of Jack Ma. Its the story of that simple boy who took birth in a very simple family.
He was fond of learning English language.Even being graduate he started teaching English in  Hangzhou Dianzi University with a pay of $12 a month! Now here comes the part where it gets more interesting, even before he has received that degree and became an English teacher.
Jack ma is synonyms of rejection. He is the another name of failure.He has seen more failures in his life than the crores and yes yet he is more successful than the crores. as there is not direct connection between the failure and the achievement of goal, what we desire to have. may be we are being rejected again and again from various places but still there is a chance that we may be the one, who was never considered to be. May be today we are passing through darkness, but there may be a day when we will be in the spot light. Everyone who is in the spotlight today has passed from the darkness in the past.  Jack ma failed in his primary school twice.
He failed thrice during his middle school .when applying for Hangzhou university he failed for three time. He wrote the entrance. Exams of Harvard University. But was rejected for ten times.  How many of us have this much patience to bear the pain of so much failure??

Even here the story doesn't end. Jack ma tried to find out few jobs for him  while during graduation, but could not. He remembers,

These were the enough reasons for a normal person to destroy. These were the enough reason to make an ordinary guy discouraged.
But was the Jack ordinance guy??
No.
In one of his interviews, when asked about his rejections, this is what he had to say, “ Well, I think we have to get used to it.  We’re not that good. ” Overcoming the pain of rejections and treating rejections as opportunities to learn and grow was what Jack Ma made of it.

In 1995 jack ma went to USA under a government undertaking scheme under constructional work . He was introduced to the internet overthere only. And something clicked in his mind.He came to China , cajoled his 17 friends, they arranged the money on their own amd thus the biggest e giant company was born.And one more interesting fact  for those who thinks that he must be expert in programming. Jack ma still does not know to write even a single lone of code.
So,Success is not all about the knowledge . Its all about the ideas, its all about thr patience. Its all about the blood and sweats. Its all about the late nights and early mornings. Its all about the attitude. Its all about the madness.
